EFC Paper Rules!

the rules for the new paper are

1)No Swearing/Cussing
2)No Flaming/Fighting
3)No Spamming
4)No Off-Topic-ness
5)No being rude or mean
6)all the same rules as here

If you break these rules EVEN IF YOUR AN ADMIN/MOD i will make you down 1 rank
e.g.Admins-->> mods, mods-->>normal users, normal users-->>banned-->>banned-->>banned forever
